When you submit a project inquiry or schedule a call, we collect the information entered in the form. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, project needs, budget, timeline, referral details, appointment selections, and notes.

Our forms offer a separate, optional newsletter choice. The project form also offers a separate free website wait-list choice. These choices are off by default and are recorded with the related inquiry or booking.

Google Analytics is disabled unless you choose to allow analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information to help us understand and improve the website. Advertising storage remains disabled by our consent settings.

We remember your choice in your browser. We also keep a pseudonymous consent audit event in Supabase containing a random consent identifier, your analytics choice, the type of preference change, the policy version, and a server timestamp. We do not intentionally add your name, email, form responses, or raw IP address to this consent record.

Our hosting platform, Lovable, may process limited technical request data and operational telemetry needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, and measure the performance of the hosted website. This platform-level processing is separate from the optional Google Analytics setting controlled by our cookie panel.

To protect the consent audit endpoint from automated abuse, our server checks the request origin and temporarily processes network request information to create one-way rate-limit tokens. Network-based tokens rotate daily, and rate-limit rows are removed after two days. Raw network addresses are not stored in our consent audit or rate-limit tables. Consent audit events are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted on a daily rolling schedule. The rate-limit tokens are used only for security.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can reject analytics when the cookie panel appears or use the Cookie settings control in the footer at any time. You may also clear browser storage and cookies in your browser.
